The City of New Rochelle Department of Public Works required a modular building to house both administrative staff and field personnel. The facility needed to be functional, compliant with New York modular building approvals, and designed for long-term utility.

ProMod Modular, in partnership with Cassone Leasing, delivered PMM’s first New York–approved modular building. The 1,440 sq. ft. facility includes office space for administrators, a break room, utility support, and a dedicated men’s locker room with private access for field staff and drivers.
