About Our Teague Facility Britco Structures USA operates from a strategically located facility in Teague, Texas—conveniently situated about 90 miles from both Houston and Dallas. The site encompasses approximately 33 acres, including a large yard dedicated to building storage.

Our manufacturing capabilities include:

Founded in 2007, MR Steel began as a chassis and truss manufacturer supporting the modular building and mobile home industries. Today, we provide a comprehensive line of code-compliant access products, including ramps and steps, designed for safety and durability.

We’re also recognized industry leaders in copper theft prevention, offering patented innovations such as our Electrical Pull Box Security Lids and Reinforced Electrical Pull Boxes — solutions that protect vital infrastructure from theft and damage.

Our 33,000-square-foot facility on 3.5 acres features a fully equipped machine shop, including two 5-ton cranes, a 14-foot break and shear, and a 25-foot CNC plasma table. Specializing in heavy steel structures, MR Steel proudly serves the aviation sector and other industries, building to exact customer specifications with precision and care.

Founded in 1983, Northwest Building Systems (NWBS) was built on a mission to deliver smart, strategic modular solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. From the beginning, we’ve prioritized safe, high-quality construction delivered on time and to spec.

Today, NWBS operates out of two dedicated facilities in Boise, Idaho—each spanning approximately 37,000 square feet across 2 acres. These facilities support dual production lines, enabling us to build a wide range of code-compliant modular structures for clients across the Western United States.

With a team of approximately 206 production line staff and 35 office personnel, we are equipped to deliver high-capacity output with precision and care.

Our expansive campus is designed to handle large-scale modular building manufacturing, material staging, and administrative coordination, all in one location. The facility’s size and layout allow us to operate efficiently while meeting the evolving needs of our customers across the country.

ProBox Manufacturing

Located on an 8-acre site in Ellaville, Georgia, ProBox Manufacturing operates a 45,000-square-foot facility purpose-built for efficiency and precision. Our campus includes a segmented production building, dedicated weld shop, storage areas, and multiple support structures working together to ensure a streamlined and high-performance operation.

At ProBox, we specialize in transforming standard shipping containers into rugged, customized structures tailored to each client’s unique needs. Using 8′ x 20′ and 8′ x 40′ containers, available in both standard and high cube configurations, we engineer and fabricate solutions that deliver durability, functionality, and flexibility.

Spartan Cargo Trailers has been manufacturing high-quality, custom enclosed cargo trailers since 2015. Based in Alma, Georgia, Spartan was founded with the goal of taking cargo trailer design, quality and performance to the next level and has continued to build a strong presence in the industry.

The company operates from a 104,000-square-foot, single-story manufacturing facility, representing approximately 2.39 acres under roof.

Spartan Cargo Trailers sells exclusively through its Authorized Dealer Network and works closely with its dealers to provide customers with knowledgeable service and support. These trusted dealers help customers select the right trailer for their needs while providing an exceptional buying experience.

As a manufacturer, Spartan Cargo Trailers does not sell directly to the general public. All trailers are sold through authorized dealers.

Titan Modular Systems has been manufacturing commercial modular buildings for dealers throughout the United States since 2012.

85-acre complex, Titan Modular’s 125,000-square-foot facility is located in Alma, Georgia. Our team of over 200 craftspeople and professionals has a combined experience of nearly 1,500 years. We strive for perfection when proposing, designing, constructing, inspecting, and servicing our product.

We build structures to be installed in nearly 40 states. K-12 classrooms, financial institutions, military facilities, locker rooms, office buildings, and blast-resistant structures are a few of the types of buildings we construct.

Titan Modular’s quality control team works tirelessly to ensure specification adherence, structural durability, and code compliance. We work with our dealers and consult with experienced installation contractors to develop innovative techniques that lead to more seamless installations and long-term structural integrity.

Whitley Manufacturing South Whitley

Whitley Manufacturing began in 1945 at its original South Whitley, Indiana, location and has been advancing modular and offsite construction for more than 80 years. With decades of experience, Whitley has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, innovation and custom modular solutions.

The South Whitley campus includes two manufacturing facilities totaling approximately 120,000 SF, along with a two-story, 6,000-SF office. The facility specializes in custom modular projects for a wide range of markets, including healthcare, education, commercial and logistics.

Serving customers throughout the Midwest and Eastern United States, South Whitley produces modular solutions for relocatable and permanent applications, as well as prefabricated building components.

Whitley Manufacturing East

A Sunbelt Company since 2025

Whitley Manufacturing East opened in 2014 to expand Whitley’s manufacturing capabilities and better serve customers throughout the Eastern United States.

Located in Leola, Pennsylvania, the campus includes two manufacturing facilities totaling approximately 100,000 SF, along with an additional 4,000 SF of office space.

The Whitley East team specializes in custom modular buildings designed for a variety of commercial, institutional, and specialty applications. Its location provides convenient access to projects throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and surrounding regions.

Whitley Manufacturing - Evergreen

Whitley Manufacturing expanded to the West Coast in 1999 with the opening of Whitley Evergreen in Marysville, Washington.

The Evergreen campus includes approximately 75,000 SF of manufacturing space and 2,000 SF of office space. The facility produces a diverse range of modular buildings, from wood-framed classrooms and educational facilities to highly customized, secure government projects.

While Whitley Evergreen has the capability to support projects throughout the United States, its primary focus is serving customers across the Western U.S. with high-quality modular solutions tailored to each project’s requirements.

Whitley Manufacturing - Rochester

A Sunbelt Company since 2025

Whitley Manufacturing opened its Rochester, Indiana, facility in the early 2000s, expanding the company’s production capacity and ability to serve customers nationwide.

The 100,000-SF manufacturing facility produces a significant portion of Whitley’s standardized and stock modular buildings for customers across the country.

Rochester is also known for its expertise in custom press boxes and athletic facilities. Projects range from press boxes for elementary schools and universities to modular facilities supporting gymnasiums, stadiums, and professional sporting venues.
