Southeast Modular partnered with Vesta Modular to deliver 25 isolation and quarantine units to the University of Richmond—the first university in Virginia to adopt this modular solution during the COVID-19 pandemic. Installed near the student health center, the units include private bedrooms, bathrooms, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs, refrigerators, and microwaves. Designed for comfort and safety, the units helped the university isolate and support students while preventing virus spread on campus.
