Phoenix Modular partnered with Pacific Mobile Structures to deliver an 8,256 sq. ft. modular office complex in a U-shape layout for an 11-Mile Solar project. The setup includes offices, HR and training space, and a nurse’s station—designed for collaboration and oversight. All buildings were equipped with new HVAC units and user training. Leased and relocatable, the buildings provided a cost-effective, sustainable solution for this remote solar site.
