Three modular units were craned into a tight, irregular site at the VA Medical Center in Philadelphia. Completed in 78 days, the 1,750 sq. ft. facility features vinyl siding, light tunnels for natural lighting, and motion-sensor fixtures. Modular construction reduced costs, streamlined approvals, and met the VA’s strict site requirements efficiently.
