This 13-module, 12,082 sq. ft. L-shaped classroom facility was built to support a secure youth detention and rehabilitation program. Completed in 182 days, the building includes classrooms, testing spaces, a media center, and restrooms—all constructed with penal-grade, vandal-resistant materials, energy-efficient HVAC, and anti-ligature safety features to meet the state’s Department of Juvenile Services’ high standards.
