Britco Structures USA, in partnership with Modular Management Group, delivered the Tres Rios Lodge in Three Rivers, Texas, to meet urgent housing needs for oil field workers. The motel-style facility includes 20 modular units totaling 8,400 sq. ft. and provides accommodations for over 130 occupants.
Five sleeping wings feature private and semi-private rooms with ADA-compliant options, while the main lobby offers reception, laundry, offices, conference rooms, a fitness area, recreation lounge, and dining space. Guest rooms were fully furnished with built-in furniture and appliances for comfort and convenience.
The lodge was strategically set back from the highway to reduce noise and designed with ground-level access for a site-built appearance. Completed in less than four months, the project combined rapid delivery with long-term efficiency, meeting or exceeding IECC energy codes with features such as Energy Star appliances, low-E windows, and high-density insulation.
