case study summary

There was a need for affordable housing. With a challenging job-site, and transportation requirements not of the typical modular construction job, our Whitley Evergreen facility was picked to take on this unique challenge.

The village was built using state-of-the-art Modular Building techniques and the units were transported to the island aboard cargo ships. This partnership with a Sunbelt Dealer is the second affordable housing project completed by the partnership of independent companies.

The duplex units are a five-million-dollar village that will provide housing to sixteen families and features Americans With Disabilities Act accessibility features such as wider doors and ramps. The accessibility features ensure every family that moves in will be able to open their doors to anyone regardless of physical limitations.
